Grade A/B/C Explained

GRADE DESCRIPTION

All of our handsets are processed through a quality control program and undergo an industry recognized series of stringent tests to ensure that they are in full working order.

Following this, the cosmetic condition is assessed and each and every unit is given a grade in order for our customers to easily establish the condition of the item that they are purchasing.

We work very hard to ensure all our handsets are categorized correctly. This is done so that we can give you a very clear expectation of what the handset looks like.
