Terms & Conditions:

  • Any Physical / Liquid damage /repair carried out by the third party avoid your warranty. Your device will be returned unrepaired or repaired at an agreed cost.
  • If faulty within 14 days, it will be exchanged or refunded upon your request.
  • If faulty after 14 days, We will either choose to repair or replace it as necessary.
  • The battery will be covered if defective and not be covered if it's down to general usage.
  • The time frame on repairs can vary from 1 hour to 2 weeks depending on part availability.

 
 


Before Sending for Repair:

 

  • Please back up your phone before sending it for repair. We will not be responsible for any data loss. Replacement or repair of the goods may result in the loss of the data.
  • Please Remove the screen passcode or pattern lock.
  • Please sign out security accounts from your phone. Like Apple Find My iPhone / Google Account / Samsung Account / Huawei Account / Xiaomi Account

 


Sending for Repair:

 

  • You can bring it to our store and our sales representative will assist you.
  • If you need to post to us, please contact us at info@hoco.ie, and our online team will guide you thought.

 

Postage Fee:

  • if the fault within 14 days, we will cover the postage fee.
  • if fault after 14 days, you will cover the postage fee. Please use a tracked service for posting.
